Had their fish tacos dinner. Good, but for fish tacos, we prefer soft tortillas over crisp, fried ones. Tilapia is not our favorite fish for tacos. No black beans available to substitute for refried beans. Rice was bland. We didn't care for the watery style salsa that was served with the chips. We would try it again but not for the fish tacos.

Welcoming was slow and rude. No house music, when inquired, hostess said system was down. Very impersonal staff. Doubt I'll visit again.

Good Mexican restaurant. Enjoyed the carnitas burrito. Salsa is chunk style with good flavor. No beer on tap, but good bottle and liquor selection. Large portions. Would go to again.

We were greeted by the kindest man when we came in! So cheerful, and ready to make our lunch exciting. If you're looking for authentic food in Arizona, go here. Mole is always a favorite, and we're always excited to try a new mole dish. El Palacio's mole pablano was delicious! We saw peanut butter in the menu description and knew we had to give it a try. We were not disappointed.

Great Mexican food. It was an instant favorite for us the first time we dined there. The food, everything we tried, was excellent. The staff are friendly and the service outstanding. We have been back a few times. Plan to go back again.

Great Place for Mexican Fare uniquely situated across from the Santa Fe Rail Depot, along Historic Route 66 in Kingman, AZ. Three kinds of Salsa, but IF YOU WANT THE HEAT, YOU HAVE TO ASK; It's worth it! The Mexican Flag is Excellent, so are the Chimi's. The high, multi-colored Stained Glass transom windows, colorful paint and eclectic decor create great atmosphere. Our server/owner, a former owner of Acapulco's in L.A, was engaging but not intrusive, knew the regulars, and made a pleasant dining experience that much better.

I have eaten at many Mexican restaurants but El Palacio is truly the best I have ever tasted, Excellent

FABULOUS, AS USUAL. CHILI COLORADO...YUM. FRIED ICE CREAM WITH STRAWBERRY, A GORGEOUS FINISH. MARGARITAS PERFECT.

El Palacio is a dependably good Mexican food restaurant. I eat there every time I'm in town. I've never been disappointed.

EL Palacio is our favorite Mexican Food Restaurant. We go there when ever we can. We celebrate oue birthdays, anniversaries and any other celebration. The food is fantastic. The owner is always involved in it's operations. You will find him cleaning tables, delivering food if needed. He does what ever he can to keep things moving. The prices are good with plenty of food. We usually have to take food home. My husband is Mexican his Mom is the best cook around. Even his family enjoys this Mexican food. Which is very rare. So if you are visiting be sure to try El Palacio I'm sure you will like it also.

This place was the real deal. The cheese is fresh and the crusts tasted very homemade (we didn't ask if they were, but I bet they were). The staff was super nice and their secret sour cream was delish! Better than Mexican in Detroit!!!

Check your bill. Computer apparently didn't calculate the correct price for our lunch order. Food is good every time we eat here but the service is hit or miss. May get a really nice waitress or a not so friendly one. So just be prepared. Also the place could use a good cleaning.

Fabulous food! I got the tacos al pastor and my husband got beef fajitas. Both were really good. Our server was very personable and the margarita hit the spot.

I have to say that the Kingman AZ El Palacio is MUCH better food, service and atmosphere than the Bullhead one. Hands down gets our vote as the best!!!!
